Victoria Ferries Landing

Portside Inn is a couple of miles east of the Ferry Landing. By car, proceed south, away from the harbor, 2 blocks to First Street, turn left, and the hotel is two miles on the left. Walking or biking, go up 1 block to Front Street and left for 2 miles. Taxis are available at stand, or by phone, and Clallam Transit buses stop at the Landing connecting to the Inn from the central bus depot 1 1/2 blocks west of the Landing. A direct bus may be met from First Street, 2 blocks south of the Landing.

 
 

Eastbound Highway 101

From the Pacific Coast and the west, as you reach Port Angeles, Highway 101 curves left at a light and turns into Lincoln Street. Follow Lincoln north, downhill toward the harbor, until First Street. Turn right at First, and the motel is 1 and 1/2 miles east, on the left side of First Street, just after the Burger King.

 
 

Westbound Highway 101

From Seattle, Puget Sound and the east, as you begin to enter Port Angeles, Highway 101 will divide into two one-way streets. Front Street (westbound) and First Street (eastbound). A McDonald's restaurant is prominent in the center of the forked divide. The Inn is 2 blocks past the McDonald's on the left side of Front Street. 

 
 

Area Transportation

ROADS - the Inn is about 2 miles from Budget and other car and truck rentals, and between bus routes running on each side of the hotel, which include connections to Seattle. Limousines and charter vans are available, and the town is served by excellent taxi services.

WATERS - the Inn is 2 miles from the Port Angeles Ferry Landing for passage to Victoria, BC, Canada, docking the motor carrier MV Coho about 50 weeks a year due to early spring maintenance layover; and the swift, passenger Victoria Express from May through the fall season. Arrow Launch can provide charter services and ship-to-shore livery. Boat Haven Marina and major ship and boat yards are about 3 miles west of the Inn. AIRPORTS - Portside Inn is 5 miles from Fairchild International Airport, with regular flights to Seattle for passengers, charter flights, and freight and FedEx schedules.
